Shayna Sanders - RYT 500 Yoga Instructor. She has been practicing vinyasa flow yoga since 2007 as a way to stay physically healthy; however, over the years she has been fortunate enough to discover the emotional, mental, and spiritual rewards of yoga as well. Her personal practice has evolved to include hatha, gentle, chair, restorative, yin, and aerial yoga with a firm belief in giving the body what it needs at the moment.
Shayna has been teaching yoga since 2019; she teaches with the goal of her classes being adaptive and accessible to whomever attends, as well as being heavily focused on breath and body awareness. She firmly believes that yoga is not about reaching the destination of being in a pose, but the mindfulness and self care experienced along the way. Shayna not only teaches yoga but is also an ESL teacher, a massage therapist, and a military spouse.
