Kim Black - RYT 500 Yoga Instructor, obtained a BS Degree in Kinesiology with a specialization in Exercise Science for UTSA. While in college, she began to attend yoga classes and has been practicing yoga for the past 8 years. Upon completion of her bachelors degree, she decided to study yoga more in depth and began her 200 hour and then 500 hour teacher trainings, completing both courses at Total Harmony Yoga. During her study she was able to link her passion for health and fitness with the yoga aspects of mind, body, and spirit. When she is not teaching at the studio, Kim is a personal trainer and one on one yoga instructor at a local fitness center, where she is able to work with a variety of clients of all skill levels and abilities, including individuals with Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's, obesity, etc.
