Erica’s motivation for life, health, and wellness drives her passion to teach a healthier way of living that encompasses mind, body, and Spirit while offering a sense of motivation and self-empowerment in living your best life now. Born and raised in Southern California, while spending time in her family’s native county of Peru, Erica understands the many facets of humanity and culture, striving to offer self-reflection, mindfulness, and gratitude. Since 2012, Erica has continued to grow in her Yoga journey, completing Yoga Teacher Training in 2018. Erica offers an altruistic approach for health and wellness that is all inclusive of Body, Mind and Spirit. Erica happily resides in San Antonio, shares three sons with her husband, owns a Black Labrador, enjoys travel, reading, writing, blogging about the curiosities of life, emotional health, and wellness. Erica is a cohost Podcaster of Prescriptions for the Heart and works as a Family Nurse Practitioner. On her free time, you can often find Erica enjoying the outdoors by an ocean, a river or on a nature hike taking pictures and journaling.
