Danielle Sampson - RYT 200 Intern Yoga Instructor began her yoga journey after becoming a student of meditation . Meditation helped with her anxiety and grief after a major life event . When she discovered the physical practice of yoga, she was hooked. The practice enabled her to feel stronger, more courageous and capable of doing things she had feared in the past. The mat is where she feel's at peace with herself, and feel's completely free to work on what her body and mind need . She has a five year old son who often meditates... actually pretends to meditate when he is in trouble (lol). Danielle is a new 200 hour yoga teacher who looks forwards to a career teaching and helping others find their strength, courage and peace through their practice.
