RYT 200 Yoga Instructor received her certification from Total Harmony Yoga. Gabrielle has been practicing yoga since 2018 after the stress of school started affecting her mental health. Yoga helped her to find peace and self love during a difficult time in her life. Gabrielle since has been devoted to talking to and helping people who struggle with mental illness. She hopes to help guide others to help find a healthy balance in their mental, physical, and spiritual wellbeing. Gabrielle is a student at Texas A&M University San Antonio where she is majoring in Accounting. In her spare time Gabrielle likes to spend time with her family and friends, write poetry, go on hikes, and listen to live music.
