Note: Any minor 13 years of age or older, can attend any regularly scheduled class with their parent/guardian, or by themselves with parental/guardian permission.
POP UP YOGA
Pop Up Yoga is Appropriate for All Levels and are typically Low-Cost/Donation-Based Yoga Classes and/or Events offered locally and globally in a non traditional yoga setting (outside the yoga studio).These are classes that everyone can enjoy, and taking it outside the studio and into the community can give you a whole new perspective of yoga. Please check our schedule often, as these are not regularly scheduled classes, but rather events scheduled throughout the year.
Never miss a yoga practice! With Virtual Yoga we are able to bring a yoga class directly to you... wherever you are... with a LIVE Instructor (not a video). We offer classes for all levels, and we will provide you with a safe and effective yoga practice that you'll be able to follow right along with. Class Schedule is on CST (Central Standard Time)

KIDS FLOW YOGA (Ages 7-12)
Coming Soon to Sundays from 2-3pm
This class is intended to be a fun and engaging introduction to yoga. Through activities and games, participants will increase flexibility and strength, and improve balance. This class will help children to slow down and will potentially improve focus and concentration as they learn to be present in the moment. Yoga is a beautiful compliment to any sport or activity and allows children to explore their minds and practice new challenges in a safe and fun environment.
This class is a great fit for All Levels & Also Appropriate for Active Seniors (ie: Seniors who have a consistent yoga practice, or run, golf, play tennis, walk, bike, swim, work-out, etc.) and is designed to offer a slow flowing set of gentle and beginner friendly yoga poses. It does require that you have some ease and fluidity of movement and mobility, as you will flow through a continuous sequence of energetically balanced asanas to warm the body, strengthen the core, and build more endurance. (1 Hour)
This class is designed for All Levels, Seniors, and those who are confined to a wheelchair, or are unable to participate in a traditional yoga practice due to aging, injury, limited mobility, disability or pregnancy. Chair Yoga will deepen flexibility, increase range of motion, and strengthen personal body awareness. Yoga poses are often adaptions of modern yoga poses, along with breathing techniques and meditation, all done with the support of a chair. Chair Yoga can help people with health issues including or relating to hypertension (high blood pressure), anxiety, chronic fatigue, arthritis, vertigo, multiple sclerosis, osteoporosis, osteopenia, clinical depression, chronic pain, and so much more. (1 Hour)
This All Levels & Appropriate for Anyone class focuses on your muscles, and targets your deep connective tissues, fascia, ligaments, joints, and bones. It's slower and more meditative, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. With longer held poses, this class will help you stretch and lengthen those rarely-used tissues while teaching you how to breath through discomfort and sit with your thoughts. By stretching and deepening into poses, you are opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely.
This All Levels & Appropriate For Anyone class enables deep relaxation as you hold poses for a longer period of time with the help of props to completely assist or support you. The main focus of Restorative Yoga is that by relaxing in poses, with the aid of props, without straining the muscles, we can achieve physical, mental and emotional relaxation. This practice is great to balance an active/more intense yoga practice or to give yourself a break when you feel under the weather. (1 Hour)
This is for All Levels & New or Beginner Yogis. It is designed for students who are new to yoga, those that haven't practiced in awhile, or those that do not practice on a regular basis (maybe only a few times a week). This class focuses on basic poses to stretch and strengthen the legs, back, core and shoulders. Emphasis is given to alignment and the fundamentals of all poses within the sequence. This class includes pose modifications, options, and variations to accommodate different levels of flexibility, and includes longer breath counts between poses to allow plenty of time to transition correctly and safely into each pose. It's a great starting point to any future practice. (1 Hour)
This class is Experienced Yogis that have a solid understanding of yoga, and have a consistent yoga practice and designed to awaken your senses and begin your day with an invigorating and energizing flow of poses. Sequences in this class are slower paced, and poses are held for a longer period of time, to help build a solid foundation, healthy alignment, and breath awareness within each pose. This class can be challenging in its nature, so it is NOT recommended for beginners. (1 Hour)
This class is designed for Experienced Yogis that have a solid understanding of yoga, and have a consistent yoga practice. It takes its practitioner to a deeper level then just the basics, and includes a progressive challenge of poses throughout the class flow and/or sequence. Modifications will be offered or suggested, but are limited, as this class is designed to increase intensity, challenge, and deepen your practice, while learning to progressively transition to the full expression of each pose. This class is NOT recommended for those that are brand new to yoga or have never practiced before. (1 Hour)
This is for Experienced & Advanced Yogis that been practicing for awhile, have consistent yoga practice, and are ready to explore a more challenging practice. This class provides students an opportunity to refine their skills through a more deeper exploration of the asanas presented and how they can flow together seamlessly by means of steady paced movement and breath. This class is much more challenging, and does include inversions, arm balances, headstands, shoulder stands, body binds, and more. It is recommended that you have a consistent yoga practice, and have an excellent understanding of the basic yoga poses and their suitable variations prior to attending this much more vigorous class. (1 Hour)
GUIDED MEDITATION & MINDFULNESS
Needed for Class: Blanket and a pillow and/or meditation cushion
This All Levels class suitable for beginners offers emotional steadiness and harmony, as well as personal transformation. Guided meditation & mindfulness relaxes the entire brain, including the amygdala, which is the emotional center of the brain. When you meditate and practice mindfulness, you enter a space of internal expansiveness, calm and joy, which has an effect on our interactions with others and the world around us. Meditation and mindfulness can bring about a true personal transformation from the inside out. And as you experience your inner storehouse of peace and security, you will naturally begin to discover aspects of yourself that were previously hidden due to stress. (30 Minutes)
